The room was tastefully decorated, moreover a nice size with a fireplace. The breakfast was good hot and complementary and well presented with sausage and bbq, for instance. Excellent and unbeatable location on the lake front, all was amazing.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even offering assistance for my senior mother. The amenities were excellent, including a buffet breakfast, indoor pool, and fitness room. The hotel also had a lovely patio with a firepit and barbecues. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the bay in Muskoka, and within walking distance to the Segwun voyage, museum, and local restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the pool, gym, and parking. The staff, particularly Sheryl at the check-in desk and the lovely lady who restocked the breakfast, were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The breakfast itself was great, with a wide selection of options. We also loved the fact that there was a BBQ and fire pit available, providing a great alternative for dining in. The surrounding area was picturesque and perfect for taking beautiful pictures. We also appreciated the 10% discount for hotel guests at a nearby restaurant.

Our stay at the Residence Inn was amazing! The room was beautiful with a great view of the lake. The bed was super comfortable and the setup of the king studio made it feel like we had a separate living room. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a full-size fridge. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options and the seating area was spacious. We also loved the clean pool area and the scenic grounds with a boardwalk around the bay. As guests with disabilities, we were impressed with the facilities and amenities provided.

I was initially unsure about my stay at Residence Inn, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The pictures didn't do justice to the charming atmosphere and perfect room/suite. The living room with a fireplace and kitchen was a great addition. The indoor pool and buffet breakfast were also enjoyable, as was the proximity to restaurants and the frozen lake. I had a great first experience in Muskoka and would recommend this hotel.
